Leadership is defined as “a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organisation in a way that makes it more coherent and cohesive.” A good leader is one who is always three steps ahead of the others. He/she looks out for the people before himself.

Clarity. They are clear and concise at all times -there is no question of their vision and what needs to be accomplished.
Decisiveness. Once they have made up their mind, they don't hesitate to commit-it's all hands on deck.
