HEALTHY WORKPLACE DURING COVID - 19!

It is company policy to promote the highest standard of health and safety at all levels of business during this health crisis (Covid - 19). The policy is to do all that is reasonable to prevent transmission and protect everyone (including clients) from foreseeable harm already cause by the pandemic.

In particular this company has responsibility:

- to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for employees, taking account of statutory requirements.

- to provide and maintain safe plant, equipment and systems of work, taking account any statutory requirements.

- to make available all necessary and relevant safety devices, protective clothing and equipment and to supervise their correct use.

- to maintain a constant and continuing interest in health and safety matters applicable to the company's activities, in particular by consulting and involving employees and/or their representatives wherever possible.

- to make reports and keep records taking account of statutory requirements.

Employees have a duty to cooperate in the operation of the policy:

- by working safely and efficiently, having regards for others

- by meeting statutory obligation

- by promptly reporting infections, accidents involving other employees, clients, plant, equipment, or working practices that have resulted or may result in injury or damage.

- by observing company new procedures and rules appropriate to securing a safe and healthy working place,

- by assisting investigating of infections and accidents with the object of introducing measures to prevent a spread or recurrence.
