An employee handbook sets out the terms and conditions, employee benefits, along with policies and procedures relating to your employment.


These standard terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with an offer letter and contract of employment. If there are any inconsistencies between the standard terms and the offer letter or employment contract, the terms letter or employment, the terms of most recent offer letter and/or employment contact will prevail.


The terms and conditions of employment and employee benefit sections of the employee handbook forms part of the (the employee) contract of employment.


It should be noted that employee handbook will be amended and updated from time to time in line with requirement of the company and status. Otherwise unless variations are significant (employee will receive a notice of the in writing) a formal notification of these changes.


It will be that the employee have no contractual rights in these instances, unless expressly stated, and may be varied at the discretion of the company.
