NASTY CORPORATIONS, NASTY BOSSES, AND OTHER TAKERS

Corporations are like to be the nastiest bosses. That’s right - corporations. A corporation is entity like a person. However, a real person usually has motives higher than the profit motives like family harmony, ethics and doing what is right. A corporation may have the profit motive as the highest motives and may draw the line at doing what is best practice.
Corporations pose the biggest problem in that executives are bound by fixed set of corporate rules. That is a backwards mentality! With corporation, you have the rules dictating to people who have a prefrontal lobe.
That is the lesser mentality dictating to a greater mentality. These employees may have to go against their ethics on a daily basis so they can provide for their children, thereby prostituting themselves.
Nasty Corporate Bosses May Be Takers:
Takers may be your time, self esteem, integrity, or other things that they are entitled to. They victimise you with deception, invalidation or unfairness.
Nasty Corporate Bosses May Be Misers:
Misering makes you feel as if you are worthless”. If you are being paid within the normal salary range, you do not feel as if you being miseries. If you are beneath the salary scale for your job, you may feel miser.

NASTY FEMALE BOSSES
Most of the time, the perceptions of “someone of gender” being nasty is a misunderstanding. Men and women are far more different from each other than we ever thought. And women are far more powerful than they think. In leadership, the power of a woman does not lie in how much a woman can act like a man. This is a mistake that some women make in leadership positions. For example, in a society, when a man is angry, he seen as “ being assertive”. When a woman is angry, she is seen as “being a bitch”. When a woman tries to act like a man using anger to make a point, she may notice it doesn’t have the effect that she wants so she overcompensate by turning up intensity. That is normally perceived by men as going from bitchy to demented. The respect is diminished. That is not what she wanted.
Women have shaped our civilisation for thousands of years. The hand that rocks the cradle had been a subtle but powerful influence. This is much religious statement as it is the documentation process. I never really understood it until recently. In leadership, we all know that people react to their bosses in some ways as they have reacted to other authority in their life. So when a man deals with a woman boss for example, he allows his self esteem to be more vulnerable to putting it in her hands. He does that unconsciously.
THE MEME BOSS
Everything relates to them. If you make mistake, they says “how could you do that ... to me?”. If they makes mess up, they feel as if they are a piece of junk that the whole would revolve around. Don’t ever forget meme’s birthday. He/she can be vindictive and vengeful. They may be pout. If he/she departments misses deadline, they can’t understand. Also may feel entitled to all the adoration and credit he/she thinks deserves. The technical term for this type of person is narcissist. That doesn’t make them bad, they can be a good narcissist. That means this type of person(s) may fight to get the diamond pen, because if this person were you, would really want it badly. Because they always feel they are it and will not be willing to entertain ideas that he needs improvement or that he/she made mistakes.
