Did you realise that making a few little changes to improve the health and wellbeing of your workforce could help to maximise your company's profitability?

Each year millions of days are taken. We understand how staff sickness affects an organisations profitability in terms of reduced resources and output. Illnesses such as cold, headache and stomach upsets are the main cause of short term absence.

While these will never disappear completely, we believe that a few simple changes to the workplace can help to reduce the incidence of short term absence and improve productivity.

In the long run, workers will be older, potentially with more health problems and will have more caring responsibilities for dependents. This together with the change in economy is likely to affect levels of workforce absence and put increasing pressure on organisations. With this in mind it makes sense for investment to be made in workforce health to develop a fitter, healthier and more productive workforce.
